In case you received a damaged product or the product is spoiled, please fill out the form below as soon as you notice something is wrong. Please attach some pictures supporting your claim.
After assessment of your request, we will reach out to you as soon as possible. In case that your request is accepted, you will receive a return label in order to return the affected products without extra charge. Once those products are delivered to us we will refund you the corresponding amount. The payment will be returned to the same payment method which was used for the purchase.
