Need to return a product?

In case you received a damaged product or the product is spoiled, please fill out the form below as soon as you notice something is wrong. Please attach some pictures supporting your claim.

After assessment of your request, we will reach out to you as soon as possible.
In case that your request is accepted, you will receive a return label in order to return the affected products without extra charge. Once those products are delivered to us we will refund you the corresponding amount. The payment will be returned to the same payment method which was used for the purchase.

We do not grant free return labels for products you accidently ordered or are otherwise not damaged. We will still refund you the money for the returned items but will not cover the delivery costs for returning them.

In every case the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days applies.

Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.

If the product is sealed we only accept returns of those products as long as their seal is unbroken.
